03To inform the principals, teachers, administrative staff, parents and students of the higher secondary schools of all science streams in the state recognized by the Gujarat Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Gandhinagar that the Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (Standard-12) of all the candidates of science stream of March-2023 Public examination is scheduled to start from 14/03/2023. Admit card (hall ticket) of the examinees from 28/02/2023 onwards from the board website sci.gsebht.in or gsebht.in or gseb.org by school with school index number and registered mobile number or e-mail id of the school. Can be downloaded by logging in. After taking a printout of the admit card (Hall Ticket) and verifying the subjects medium as per the application form of the March-2023 examination, pasting the photo of the examinee in the prescribed place below in the admit card (Hall Ticket), the signature of the candidate, the signature of the class teacher of the examinee and the signature of the principal at the prescribed place (half signature and coin). as shown in the photo) must be given to the examinees and along with it, the notice of class-12 science stream for the examination (No.1 to 24) must be printed on the back side of the admit card (Hall Ticket) and must be given to the examinee with the signature of the examinee and the Principal. In the distribution list placed online along with the admit card (hall ticket) the signature of the examinee should be taken for giving the admit card (hall ticket) and instruction copy, which all concerned are requested to take note and take necessary action within the time limit. If there is any discrepancy regarding the subjects of the examinee or any other discrepancy, contact the Science Stream (A) Branch of the Board’s office at Gandhinagar with necessary support.
Note:- From the current year March-2023, the assessment order of the teachers will be issued online along with the hall ticket for the test work at the central assessment center, which will have to be downloaded online by the school and the appointed teacher should fill the necessary details in the assessment order and Instructions have to be provided. After downloading the distribution list of the assessment order, the teachers have to get the signature of the appointment letter and keep it on the school record and the copy of the appointment letter (school copy) must also be preserved at the school level.
